Author’ Introduction:   

Dr. Mir Mohammad Rouzbeh born in 1946. He holds his Ph.D degree in Leadership and Human Behavior from the United States International University of San Diego, California, specializing in Management and Organizational Development Executive Director and the Management Representative of SGS Iran since 1989, having been involved in the development of a number of new schemes including the International Certification Services in Iran Formerly, Senior Expert and Consultant to Ports and Shipping Organization since 1971, having been involved in operation, training, international conventions and system improvement activities within the maritime sector The first Iranian Lead Auditor to have been registered with the IRCA, the International Registrar of Cetificated Auditors, UK Member of the ISIRI Technical Committee on ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 national standards Other activities include teaching at graduate level, professional writing, lecturing, leading audits, quality improvement consultancy.
